Artwork Guidelines

File Format

We accept printable PDF files for artwork submissions.

Resolution

Ensure that all images and graphics have a minimum resolution of 300 DPI (dots per inch) for high-quality prints.

Color Mode

Use CMYK color mode for full-color prints. RGB color mode is not suitable for printing.

Bleed and Trim

Include a minimum of 0.125 inches (3mm) bleed on all sides to ensure that there are no white borders after trimming.

Safe Zone

Keep all critical elements (text, logos, etc.) within a safe zone at least 0.125 inches (3mm) from the trim edge to avoid any risk of being cut off.

Fonts

For optimal legibility, minimum recommended font size is 10pt.
Embed all fonts in the PDF file.
Convert fonts to outlines to prevent any font-related issues.

File Naming

Use a clear and descriptive file name for easy identification. Avoid special characters and spaces in the file name.

Proofreading

Double-check all text for spelling and grammar errors before submission.
